Platinum is sent to your character by in-game parcel. Pick it up from a parcel vendor, for example in Plane of Knowledge.

Questions
How fast will I get it?
Most orders are delivered within 15 minutes of payment, day or night. Very occasionally an order takes longer - for example if our delivery team loses its internet connection. Your order is safe and will be delivered as soon as we're back, or you can have a full refund (processed within 24 hours) if you'd rather not wait. Our Live Support team can always tell you where your order is.
What if I change my mind?
You get a full refund any time before your order is delivered - just contact Live Support. Refunds are processed within 24 hours and go back to the card you paid with - your bank may take a few more days to show it.
Do you need my account password?
Never. We only need your server and character name. We will never ask for your account name or password.
